This is a major initiative from the UK’s leading independent specialist diabetes clinic, offering more affordable and comprehensive private care for people with diabetes. The London Medical Diabetes Care Plan will appeal to both newly diagnosed patients and to those frustrated at the limitations of treatment and support available currently to them in both public and private healthcare.

We will be welcoming selected guests to the launch of the London Diabetes Care Plan on Tuesday, 14^th October 2014 including a number of figures prominent in raising awareness of the condition and related areas, as well as field leaders in diabetes care and education.
