Regulatory

London Medical is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in accordance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008. The CQC is the independent regulator of all health and care services in England.

Infection control

London Medical has partnered with the external experts at Infection Control Services Ltd (ICS Ltd) to review protocols and who monitor performance through regular inspections of our facility, they offer advice and the most up-to-date clinical support in order to reduce patient risk of infection.

In our 2012 infection control inspection, we scored 91.5% compliance.

Patient satisfaction survey

The following results come from our 2013 Patient Satisfaction Survey. The percentage of respondents who answered 'Satisfied' or 'Very Satisfied' for each question is shown below:
